Exceptional experience, VIP treatment, superb facilities, renovated suites, above expectations.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like a VIP. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, were exceptional. The massage I received was outstanding and the beauty treatments were top-notch. The sun terrace was a peaceful haven and the garden area added extra splendour. The restaurant served sensational food and the bar/lounge area was relaxing. Dinner was a beautiful feast.

There was only one minor issue - the hotel's location. It was a bit of a hassle to go around town, as it was not located in the city centre.

The pools and relaxation areas were amazing! Even on a rainy day, we could relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. The facilities were 5-star, no doubt about it. We also got a good deal on the room, which had not one, but two large balconies with stunning mountain views.

The staff during breakfast were very strict and unfriendly. They made us change tables twice before we got to the "correct" one, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. The strictness ruined our breakfast and overall experience, which was a shame considering the amazing facilities offered.

Located in a prime location just a short walk to the ski lifts, making it a perfect base for ski vacations. The area is surrounded by breathtaking views of the mountains, offering an ideal spot for nature enthusiasts. The modern rooms provide a comfortable stay with luxurious bathroom amenities. The top-notch service ensures that guests feel pampered and catered to. The breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes to satisfy any palate. The facilities, including the spa, guided tours, and free bike rentals, allow for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Some guests may find the cost to be on the higher side compared to other hotels in the area.

I had an unforgettable stay at a hotel in the Dolomites. The staff treated me like a VIP from the check-in. The facility was clean and modern. In particular, the hotel facilities were outstanding. They provided free unlimited public transportation passes and even transport to the ski lift. The hotel's location was perfect, being very close to the ski lifts. The breakfast that was included was mouth-watering and made a great start to the day.

This hotel is the perfect place to spend your new year! The spacious rooms, equipped with comfortable beds, offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant provided great quality food that is hard to find elsewhere, and they even had a wine list that complemented the dishes perfectly. I also appreciated the inclusive hikes that allowed us to explore new areas in the stunning surroundings.

The hotel was located in an area that was currently under construction, which made it somewhat less enjoyable. the staff seemed somewhat focused on selling us extra services and items, which detracted from the otherwise positive experience.
